Amazing writers – it’s Spring into Books registration time again! If you want to meet new readers and sell your books, this event is for you.
- Important info: June 2nd from 2-6pm at the Library’s Viridian event center.
- Changes in this years event – you asked and we listened!
- This year we are offering 1/2 table space to our authors for FREE! We only have space for the first 75 authors who register, so don’t delay.
Also, be kind to the event organizers and your fellow authors. Only sign up if you are committed to come.

Andrea Hughes has been an educator and writer for over twenty years. She was named to Covington’s Who’s Who of American Educators. She loves to write in several genres including poetry, songs, fiction, screenplays children’s books and plays, inspirational/spiritual, and non fiction. She has won awards in writing plays and Short fiction. She is the mother of five children and seven grandchildren. She lives with her husband, three cats, three horses, and a dog, in Bluffdale, Utah. For years Jason King publicly proclaimed his identity as “the chosen one,” but medication and a stint in a minimum security health and wellness facility convinced him that was not the case. In order to cope with his greatly diminished role in society, he devoted his free time to making up stories.
James Wymore grew up on a heavy diet of books and movies that morphed his real life experiences into imaginary worlds. His published works span the fiction spectrum, including many different genres in the bestselling Actuator series. When he’s not writing, he can be found running large audience participation games at conventions.
Christy Monson has an M.S. in Counseling Psychology and Marriage & Family Therapy from University of Nevada at Las Vegas. She established a successful counseling practice in Las Vegas, Nevada.
Morgan J Muir lives in Utah with her fantastic husband, three offspring, and as many cats (but she doesn’t carry them with kits in sacks, and has never been to St. Ives). She grew up riding horses and motorcycles and listening to her grandmother read poetry. She grew up reading any sci-fi/fantasy novel she could get her hands on and so was surprised the day she discovered that she also really enjoyed historical fiction.
Ali Cross grew up watching Bruce Lee movies and dreamed of being a kick-butt martial artist like Cynthia Rothrock. Well, she never became the kind of ninja she envisioned, but she does hold a black belt in awesome! She lives in Utah with her kickin’ husband, two sparring sons, one ninja cat, and one zen doggie—and a cache of nunchucks, staffs, kamas and other dangerous ninja-weapons.
When he’s not saving the world from evil villains or changing diapers, Mikey Brooks is writing, illustrating, or daydreaming. He’s published six middle-grade books and several picture books.
